Chunky Monkey Protein Balls
Banana's...chocolate....walnuts - what's not to love in this delicious protein bite?
Makes 10 balls
Macros per ball:
81kcal / 5g protein / 6g carbs / 4g fat / 1g fibre
Ingredients:
40g oats (regular or gluten free)
40g vanilla or banana protein powder
75g ripe banana
40g walnut pieces
25g dark chocolate chips (I used 85% cocoa chocolate drops from Tesco - in baking aisle)
10g honey or agave
Instructions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender
2. Roll into equal sized balls
3. Leave in fridge to harden for at least an hour
3. Eat! :-) (best served at room temperature)
Tip: The mix will be very sticky when blended due to the banana - to avoid messy hands & make the mix easier to work with pop it in the freezer for 20mins before rolling into balls.
