Easy 3-Ingredient Pancakes
Bananas & chocolate are by far one of the tastiest combinations around. These 3 ingredient flourless pancakes can be whipped up in minutes & make a great quick breakfast or dessert. They also taste pretty good cold too so you can make them in advance & take them to work with you for an on the go breakfast.
Need to get in some extra protein? Just add a scoop of your favourite powder into the batter mix. Works amazing with chocolate, banana or vanilla flavour!

Ingredients:
150g banana
125g egg whites
25g Choc Shot (made by Sweet Freedom - it can be found in the hot chocolate section of most supermarkets
Instructions:
1. In a blender mix egg whites, & 2/3 of the banana (if you don't have a blender you can still make these the mix just won't be as "fluffy"). Cut the other third of the banana into slices & set aside.
2. Preheat 1/2 tsp oil of choice in a non stick pan on medium heat (I find coconut oil works best for pancakes)- pour in pancake mix. Leave for a minute then drizzle in half of choc shot (to give a marbled effect).
3. When the bottom of the pancake is firm, flip & cook the other side until completely cooked through.
4. Remove from pan & serve with sliced banana & remaining choc shot.
Tip: For perfect pancakes make sure the heat is not too high - this will stop the pancake sticking or burning on the outside before the middle is cooked through. You'll know when it's time to flip the pancake when you wobble the pan & the mix looks stable & "jelly like" i.e. no longer really runny on top.
