Mince Pie Protein Balls
December is here which means it's time to unleash the Christmas protein ball flavours!!
I LOVE mince pies & with Christmas approaching, making a protein ball in this flavour was a must! I've been having these with my coffee every morning to get my pie fix without blowing my diet.
Serving - Makes 10 balls
Macros per ball:
80kcal / 5g protein / 7g carbs / 3.4g fat / 0.5g fibre
Ingredients:
110g mince pie filling (shown in picture above - I actually got mine from the £1 shop!)
50g cashews
40g vanilla protein powder
30g oats (regular or gluten free)
25g sultanas
10g honey or agave
1/2tsp nutmeg
Instructions:
1. Place all ingredients (except sultanas) in blender/food processor & blend until mix sticks together.
2. Add sultanas & give a quick blast in blender so that they are mixed through but still chunky.
3. Scoop the mix out & roll into balls.
4. Eat! :-)
