Cinnamon Swirl Protein Balls

Since enjoying all of the festive flavours over Christmas, cinnamon is quickly becoming one of my favourite flavours which is what inspired this week's protein ball recipe.
A great snack to make in advance & take out & about with you to help you stay on track with your diet. It's gluten free & vegan too.
Servings - Makes 10 balls
Macros per ball:
72kcal / 4.5g protein / 10g carbs / 2g fat / 1g fibre
Ingredients:
30g oats (regular or gluten free)
40g vanilla protein powder
50g raisins
2 tbsp honey or agave
1tbsp cashew butter
1tbsp cinnamon
Instructions:
1. Soak half of the raisins in boiling water for 15 mins (place them in a glass & cup & just cover them in hot water - don't let them have a swim!)
2. Once the raisins have soaked place them in a blender/food processor with oats, protein powder, honey, cashew butter & blend until mix sticks together (if mix looks a bit dry add 1-2tsp water).
3. Add remaining raisins & give one light blend to mix them in without chopping them up too much.
4. Roll into even sized balls.
5. Eat :-)
