Ingredients:
50g oats (regular or gluten free)
20g chocolate protein powder of choice
150ml almond milk
2 tbsp water
2 tsp cocoa powder
20g Choc Shot (available in hot chocolate aisle of most supermarkets)
Instructions:
1. Place all ingredients (except for Choc Shot) in a jar/bowl/tupperware & mix well. Don't worry if the mix looks a bit runny, the oats will continue to soak up liquid overnight.
2. Cover in Choc Shot & place in fridge for at least 4 hours (When removed from the fridge the oats should look thick & "set").
3. Eat! :-)
