Terry's Chocolate Orange Protein Balls

My newest protein ball recipe is perfect for when you fancy something rich & chocolatey. For only 1g fat per ball, they're great for getting a chocolate fix whilst dieting!

Servings: Makes 10 Balls
Macros per ball:
77kcal / 4.5g protein / 13g carbs / 1g fat / 1g fibre
Ingredients:
40g chocolate protein powder
30g oats (regular or gluten free)
50g dates
50g dried orange pieces
20g raisins
10g cocoa powder - I used 80% from Green & Blacks
Half a Terry's Chocolate Orange Bar (approx 17.5g)

Instructions:
1. Soak all of the dried fruit in boiling water for 5-10 minutes (place in a dish & just add enough water to cover all of the fruit).
2. In a blender place oats, protein powder & cocoa powder & blend into "flour".
3. Using a spoon, scoop out the dried fruit & add into blender. Blend well until mix sticks together.
4. Scoop out mix & roll into 10 even sized balls.
5. Eat :-)
