Birthday Cake Protein Balls


Inspired by my Mum's upcoming birthday I thought i'd create a diet friendly birthday cake alternative. I also thought with competition season looming this would be a good one for anyone who has a birthday during their bodybuilding contest prep (myself included)!

Servings: Makes 8 balls

Macros per ball:

95kcal / 5.5g protein / 9.3g carbs / 3g fat

Ingredients:

40g vanilla protein powder

60g honey or agave

40g cashew butter

30g oats (regular or gluten free)

1-2tsp water

2 tbsp sprinkles

Instructions:

1. Add all ingredients (except sprinkles) into blender & mix forms a sticky dough.

2. Scoop out mix, roll into balls & then roll in sprinkles.

3. Eat! :-)
