Chocolate Coconut Overnight Oats
A bowl of delicious oats that tastes like a Bounty Chocolate Bar! These are a slight adaptation on my Chocolate Brownie overnight oats (recipe HERE). They're great to make the night before & take to work/school/gym in your favourite jar/tupperware. Or make them in the morning ready for a delicious bedtime dessert! They can be made gluten free or vegan too.

Ingredients:
50g oats (regular or gluten free)
20g chocolate protein powder
150ml coconut milk (I used one by Alpro)
1 tsp cocoa powder (I used Green & Blacks Organic)
10g desiccated coconut
20g Choc Shot (available in hot chocolate aisle of supermarket)
Instructions:
1. Place all ingredients (except for Choc Shot & half of the coconut) in a jar/bowl/tupperware & mix well. Don't worry if the mix looks a bit runny, the oats will continue to soak up liquid overnight.
2. Cover in Choc Shot & sprinkle with remaining coconut & place in fridge for at least 4 hours (When removed from the fridge the oats should look thick & "set").
3. Eat! :-)
Tip: Prefer your oats warm? Pop them in the microwave & heat them up!
