Nutella Protein Fudge Cake
I Really fancied a piece of warm chocolate fudge cake this weekend so decided to play around with a new recipe. This one has to be my gooiest cake yet & was so delicious warm from the oven! It contains a decent 11g protein hit & only 160 calories per slice too.
Servings: 6
Macros Per Serving:
160calories / 11g protein / 18g carbs / 6.7g fat / 3.5g fibre
Ingredients:
60g Chocolate Protein Powder (I actually used a Nutella flavoured protein powder by "I am Dedicated" which tastes amazing!)
45g Coconut Flour
1 egg
30g "Sukrin Gold" - Found in the baking/sweetener section at Sainsburys, Tesco & Waitrose but can be substituted for 1tbsp Stevia if necessary.
75g Nutella
15g Choc Shot
200ml skimmed milk
1tsp baking powder
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 180c.
2. Place all ingredients in mixer/food processor & mix well. If mix looks a little thick, add a touch of water (or more milk).
3. Spray non-stick baking tin of choice with low calorie baking spray (I used Fry Light Coconut Oil 1 calorie spray).
4. Pour mix into tin & place in oven for 15-20mins (middle of cake should be slightly gooey).
5. Slice & Eat! :-)
