Sticky Caramel Biscoff Blondies
After the success of my Nutella Brownies, I thought i'd try my hand at a blondie version & delicious caramelised Biscoff spread seemed like the obvious choice.
Best eaten warm with a gooey centre, these squidgy blondies are made using just a few easy to get hold of ingredients & are super easy to make!
Servings: Makes 16 delicious blondies
Macros per piece: 112kcal / 5.5g protein / 11g carbs / 5g fat / 1g fibre
Ingredients:
100g oats
80g vanilla or caramel flavour protein powder (I used whey)
180g Biscoff Spread (available in most supermarkets...near the Nutella!)
50g egg whites
100ml semi skimmed milk (or other milk of choice)
1 tsp baking powder
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 180C.
2. Place all ingredients into a blender/food processor & mix well. Mix should be thick but pourable - if it looks too thick add a little more milk (or water if trying to keep calories down).
3. Line brownie tin of choice with baking paper & pour in mixture.
4. Place in the oven for 12 minutes (blondies should still be a little gooey in the middle - but not runny).
5. Remove from oven, slice & eat!
