Thought i'd play around with another one of my favourite chocolates to see if I could make it into a protein ball & it worked! Malteser protein balls - super easy to make in minutes & with only 63 calories per ball, these are my lowest calorie ones yet!

Makes 10 balls
Macros per ball:
63kcal / 4g protein / 8g carbs / 1g fat / 1g fibre
Ingredients:
50g oats (regular or gluten free)
40g chocolate whey protein
20g choc shot
50g maltesers
15g honey
2tbsp water
Instructions:
1. Place all ingredients (except for Maltesers) into blender & blend into a thick "paste" - if mix is not sticking add a touch more water.
2. Add Maltesers & give one short blast in blender (so that big honeycomb chunks remain).
3. Scoop out with a spoon & roll into balls.
4. Leave in fridge to set for 30 minutes.
5. Eat! :-)
