Chocolate Peanut Low Carb Mugcake

If you fancy something warm & gooey but are watching your overall carb intake, this high protein, gooey, warm mug cake could be your saviour. The whole thing contains only 7g carbs.

It's all made in one mug in less than two minutes too.

Servings: Makes 1 mug cake

Macros per cake: 286kcal / 34g protein / 7g carbs / 13g fat / 2g fibre


1 scoop chocolate protein powder

1 egg white

2 tbsp milk of choice

20g peanut butter

1/2 tsp baking powder


1. Place all ingredients in mug & mix together well.

2. Microwave for 1 minute.

3. Top with more nut butter (if desired).

4. Eat! :-)
