Cookie Dough Protein Balls

This was one of my first ever recipes on the website. However, in redoing the site, i've given this recipe a revamp to make it even simpler (& lower calorie!). These can be wrapped in clingfilm/foil & taken for a snack or (my preference) serve them with some low calorie vanilla ice cream or frozen yoghurt for a diet-friendly Ben & Jerry’s alternative.
Servings: Makes 8 balls
Macros per ball: 90kcal / 5g protein / 9g carbs / 4g fat / 1g fibre

Ingredients:
40g oats (regular or gluten free)
40g honey or agave
20g chocolate chips or chunks
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
40g cashew butter
Instructions:

1. In a food processor, grind the oats into a "flour".
2. Add the protein powder, honey & cashew butter & blend into a dough.
3. Add the chocolate chunks & blend to mix.
4. Scoop out mix using a spoon & roll into balls.
5. Eat! :-)
